Full-Time | 100% Remote | Direct Hire, No Agency Fees. LTG Assist facilitates the hiring process; once selected, you will work directly with the client. We're looking for an experienced short-term rental professional who can take ownership of daily operations while building systems that help the business scale.
Requirements:
Hands-on Airbnb or short-term rental experience. Strong guest communication and customer service skills. Operations-minded, proactive, and highly organized. Comfortable with systems, automation, and property management tools. Experience with OwnerRez, Turno, PriceLabs, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
