About the role
Responsibilities:
Manage guest communication across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct booking platforms, resolve escalated concerns, coordinate cleaning and maintenance vendors, keep listings accurate, process refunds and damage claims, and maintain SOPs for a growing U.S.-based property portfolio.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in property management or short-term rentals; excellent written and verbal English; strong organizational skills; Guesty, Airbnb, and Vrbo experience preferred; Intel Core i5 or higher with 100 Mbps internet.
