Senior Telemarketer

About the role

• Research, qualify, and manage leads in the CRM
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up via phone, email, and SMS
• Schedule appointments and nurture prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and lead statuses
• Track call performance, conversions, and outreach metrics
• Prepare activity reports and support campaign optimization
• Follow established scripts and contribute to messaging improvements

• Strong English communication skills
• Telemarketing or outbound calling experience (Required)
• CRM management experience, preferably Performology or Ricochet (Required)
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel, and AI tools
• Strong lead nurturing, appointment setting, and follow-up skills
• Ability to track performance metrics and manage multiple leads efficiently
• Insurance industry experience is a strong plus
• Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
