About the role
Genesis Virtual Teams is looking for a Senior Sales Lead. Location: Makati office. Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
What you'll own: Revenue & Pipeline — own the ultimate revenue number, maintain at least 2.5x pipeline coverage against targets. Pipeline Split (60/40) — self-source approximately 60% through outbound, networking, and referrals. Full Deal Control — run negotiations start to finish within founder-set guardrails. AI as a Force Multiplier — daily AI use is non-negotiable, use AI tools built into GenVT OS for research, outreach, and lead scoring.
Who we're looking for: B2B services, outsourcing, or BPO sales experience, with an existing network or book of business. Highly AI-fluent and comfortable operating autonomously. Aligned with ROI standard: Respect, Ownership, Integrity.
