About the role
Engaged Staffer is hiring a Senior Motion Designer & Editor.
Requirements: Leads the concepting, design and execution of high-quality motion graphics and video content. Edits video content into dynamic, story-driven sequences aligned to brand, campaign and audience objectives. Delivers work across multiple channels including digital, social, paid media and broadcast-ready formats. Partners with producers to manage the full production lifecycle from concept through to final delivery. Maintains exceptional creative and technical standards. Brings strong creative instinct and visual storytelling capability, including rhythm, pacing and music selection. Collaborates closely with cross-functional creative teams and engages directly with clients. Actively explores new tools, techniques and AI-driven workflows to enhance creative output.
Schedule: Part-Time. Work From Home. AU Morning Shift. Open to Philippine residents only.
