About the role
Ripped Box Station is looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack AI Engineer. Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, EST Time Zone, Remote. Passionate about building AI-powered products from the ground up.
What You'll Do — AI & Agent Development: build and deploy AI agents using OpenAI GPT, Claude, Anthropic, and similar LLMs, create advanced prompt engineering frameworks, develop AI workflows, memory systems, reasoning chains, and tool integrations, build sentiment analysis, reputation monitoring, and AI-generated response systems, and optimize AI performance, quality, and operational costs.
Backend Development: architect scalable backend services using Python and/or Node.js, build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, implement authentication, security, logging, and monitoring, and manage SQL/NoSQL databases and async job systems.
Frontend Development: build responsive dashboards and admin portals, work with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
Requirements: 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience, 3+ years working with AI/LLM applications, strong skills in Python and/or Node.js, experience with OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic, or similar APIs, knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design, experience building SaaS platforms and API integrations.
Preferred: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, RAG and vector databases, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and startup experience from concept to production.
