About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable & Reporting Specialist to join our growing team.
What You'll Do: Manage and maintain the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including cash posting and account reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer payments. Generate, analyze, and improve financial and operational reports. Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Advanced Excel. Identify opportunities to automate accounting and reporting workflows. Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support daily accounting operations. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy. Support initiatives involving AI-powered accounting and workflow automation.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has: 3-5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and cash posting. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Advanced skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. Experience automating accounting processes or reporting workflows. Background in the transportation, logistics, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
