About the role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fast-growing PropTech client.
Schedule: Full-time. EST Time Zone. Remote (Philippines-Based).
What You'll Do: Execute outbound prospecting (calls, emails, targeted campaigns). Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for Sales Executives. Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce). Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
What We're Looking For: Proven outbound sales or SDR experience. Strong phone presence and written communication skills. Tech-savvy (CRM tools, MixMax, Google Workspace, automation tools). Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a startup environment.
Bonus: Experience in Multifamily Real Estate, PropTech, or SaaS. Familiarity with electronic access control solutions.
