About the role
Hiring a highly organized Scheduler/Intake Specialist for a premium US home care agency. Responsibilities: organize daily priorities in Monday.com, coordinate with VAs and departments, track caregiver availability, monitor scheduling conflicts, coordinate with schedulers on follow-ups and reminders. Must be available during US Pacific Time (California hours), have strong English communication, be comfortable on calls with US clients, and have VA experience (required).
