We're hiring experienced Schedule/Staffing Coordinators in the home care/healthcare field to support our new and growing home care agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure caregiver shifts are covered, while also assisting with hiring, onboarding, and managing caregiver documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
- Coordinate and assign caregiver shifts based on client needs and availability
- Handle same-day callouts or coverage issues professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate scheduling in our CRM system
- Communicate clearly with caregivers and clients via phone, text, and email
- Track time logs and ensure compliance with attendance procedures
Staffing & Support:
- Post job ads and review incoming caregiver applications
- Conduct applicant screening calls and assist in interview coordination
- Collect onboarding documents (licenses, IDs, TB test, etc.) and store them properly
- Maintain caregiver credential files and expiration tracking
- Support orientation prep and caregiver onboarding process

- Tech-savvy and able to learn software quickly
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently with a supportive remote team
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Accent neutral and advanced in speaking and writing English
