About the role
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven Sales Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller to join our growing team.
Schedule: Must be available during U.S. business hours. Time Doctor will be used for work tracking.
Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills. Confident and professional when speaking on the phone. Experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting is preferred. Comfortable handling objections and rejections. Goal-oriented and results-driven. Able to follow sales scripts and company processes. Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection. Must have a professional headset and quiet workspace. Experience using CRM systems or GoHighLevel is a plus.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients. Follow up with new and existing leads. Qualify potential clients. Schedule appointments. Update lead information and call notes in the CRM. Follow provided sales scripts. Meet daily and weekly call targets. Provide regular updates and reports.
