About the role
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, pitch advertising solutions, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
Manage CRM records, update client information, track sales activities, and maintain accurate call notes.
Build relationships with existing clients, upsell advertising services, and encourage repeat business.
Send sales communications, coordinate advertising details, and provide sales activity reports.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Must have sales and closing experience from a corporate environment or as a Virtual Assistant. (IMPORTANT)
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AI tools, and CRM management.
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms is preferred.
Publication industry experience is a plus.
