About the role
Full-Time | Permanent | 100% Work From Home. We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to join a growing U.S.-based company specializing in fitness equipment, parts, accessories, and customer solutions. Training will be provided; you do not need to be an expert in fitness equipment to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email. Understand customer needs and recommend products, parts, or accessories. Convert inquiries into completed sales; follow up on quotes and pending deals. Handle objections professionally; upsell when relevant. Maintain accurate records in company systems.
Requirements:
Strong spoken/written English with a clear, neutral, easily understood accent. Sales, telesales, customer service, or account management background. Confident, personable communicator who can sell without heavy reliance on scripts.
