About the role
We are looking for a Certified Sage Intacct Accounting VA to join our growing team. 100% Remote, Work-from-home flexibility. Rate: DOE.
What You'll Do: handle daily data entry, transactions, and ledger updates specifically within Sage Intacct, maintain data integrity across various dimensions (Location, Department, Project, etc.), assist with inter-entity transactions and help streamline month-end closings, manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations efficiently, and work alongside financial team utilizing modern integrations (Bill.com, Expensify, CRMs).
What We're Looking For: active Sage Intacct Certification is a must (verification required), minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on experience actively working inside the Sage Intacct platform, strong communication skills, reliable internet, and a proven track record of working effectively in a remote team environment.
