About the role
We're looking for an experienced residential construction estimator that has either worked for a US, Australian or New Zealand Building company before.
Key Responsibilities:
Residential estimating and quantity take-offs. Cost management and pricing. Supplier and subcontractor coordination. Estimating systems and process improvement.
Requirements:
3-5 years of residential construction estimating experience (Australia, US, or Europe preferred). Background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Building.
Remote | Part-time (24 hours/week). Australian business hours.
