About the role
We're hiring a Research & Data Validation Specialist. 100% Remote, Full-Time. You'll help maintain accurate datasets of executives, decision-makers, elected officials, and public-facing professionals for a leading marketing technology platform.
What You'll Do: research and validate executive/stakeholder information, cross-check data across multiple public sources, identify outdated, duplicate, or inaccurate records, work heavily in Google Sheets and QA workflows, investigate discrepancies and maintain clean datasets.
What We're Looking For: strong online research skills, excellent attention to detail, experience with lead generation or data validation is a plus, proficient in Google Sheets, active LinkedIn profile required. Uses Hubstaff Time Tracker.
