About the Client: A fast-paced creative and marketing agency is looking for a Senior Video Editor to take full ownership of video production and post-production across a range of client campaigns. The agency operates with a lean, collaborative team structure where creative leads set direction and work directly with internal teams and clients.
About the Role: Day-to-day, the Video Editor edits content for social and digital campaigns, shapes narrative structure and pacing, and handles color correction, audio cleanup, and sound design integration, plus 2D motion graphics, animated titles, and branded visual systems.
Core Responsibilities:
Edit video content for social, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives. Shape narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact. Perform professional color correction and grading. Handle audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration. Create 2D motion graphics, titles, and animated elements. Support explainer videos, promotional content, and social media assets. Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to deadlines and detail.
Requirements (Must-Have):
5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, studio, or multi-brand environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, 2D motion graphics/titles, color grading, and audio post-production. Working proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience with professional color correction/grading and audio mixing/sound design. Track record managing multiple concurrent video projects to deadline. C1+ English (CEFR).
Nice-to-Have: 3D motion/animation experience (Blender or similar); graphic design capability in Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma; social-first video optimization experience; client-facing presentation experience.
