Type: Full-Time.
Industry: Removals/Logistics/Moving Services. Pathway Movers is seeking an experienced Remote Sales Consultant to manage inbound enquiries, follow up leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and experience dealing with Australian customers.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries in a timely manner, follow up all leads and convert them into confirmed bookings, provide accurate quotes based on client requirements (distance, volume, access conditions), maintain clear and professional communication with customers, coordinate bookings with operations and scheduling teams, upsell additional services such as packing, storage, or special handling.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales or call centre/customer service roles, experience working with Australian clients (essential), moving/removals industry experience (strong advantage), strong phone sales and closing skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, good computer skills (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets).
