About the role
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize nightly rates using PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or Wheelhouse, analyze booking trends and market demand, improve occupancy for underperforming properties, and prepare weekly revenue and forecasting reports for a vacation rental portfolio.
Requirements:
Experience in revenue management, hospitality, or vacation rentals; knowledge of ADR, RevPAR, and demand forecasting; experience with dynamic pricing tools; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM EST.
