About the role
Stellar Staff is hiring a Recruitment Operations Manager for a fast-growing US staffing agency. PHP 200,000/month base + performance bonuses. US shift, 100% remote. PH-based applicants only. This is NOT a comfortable HR role — it is a turnaround seat.
What You'll Own: a remote PH team of 10–20 recruiters, the full funnel from sourcing to placement to 90-day retention, rebuilding SOPs, rubrics, and playbooks from scratch, and reporting straight to the CEO judged on metrics not effort.
Requirements: 5+ years in recruitment with 3+ years managing a remote team, agency/staffing background placing global talent into US companies (no BPO-only), proven track record of turning underperforming teams around, and confident English — ready to push back on US founders.
