About the role
Paul Group Recruitment is a respected Australian search firm specialising in permanent placements across executive and senior leadership roles within the property and construction sector.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Consultant to lead end to end search engagements while partnering closely with the Director on strategic and high impact placements.
This opportunity offers a flexible engagement model, initially part time with a defined pathway to full time. It is designed for a seasoned recruiter who values quality delivery over volume.
With an established client base, warm mandates, and advanced AI driven systems, this role allows you to focus on execution, relationship management, and successful placements.
**Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle executive search engagements from client briefing through to placement
- Conduct high quality candidate interviews and assessments via phone and Microsoft Teams
- Manage and deliver retained and contingent search assignments
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior level candidates and clients
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing methodologies to identify top talent
- Leverage AI tools and internal systems to improve workflow efficiency
- Partner directly with the Director on critical and strategic hiring projects
**Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated success recruiting within the Australian property and construction market
- Strong executive search capability with a proven track record of successful placements
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Professional and polished client facing presence
- Philippines based with availability to work Australian business hours
**Profile We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of end to end recruitment experience, preferably focused on executive or senior level roles
- Strong understanding of permanent recruitment and executive search methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Commercially aware, detail oriented, and results driven
- Comfortable using recruitment technology, AI tools, and workflow automation
- Highly organised with excellent candidate and client management skills
