Key Responsibilities: Source and headhunt qualified candidates for various positions, manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines, conduct screening calls and interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications and fit, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, assist with recruitment strategy and talent acquisition initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience managing job requisitions from intake to hire, strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, previous headhunting experience and success sourcing passive candidates, excellent English communication skills, ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
