Overview
Direct hire with a US real estate client.
Responsibilities
Monitor finance chat for incoming deals
Run comps under 5 minutes using Zillow
Advise closers on offer pricing for cash and novation deals
Help secure profitable contracts
Schedule (Eastern Time)
Shift will be one of: Mon-Fri + 1 weekend day, 10AM-7PM ET, or Mon-Fri + 1 weekend day, 11AM-8PM ET
Requirements
1+ year of experience underwriting cash and novation deals - required
Proficient with Zillow - required
Excellent spoken & written English
Strong analytical and communication skills
Able to work a 6-day schedule including one weekend day
