About the role
Overview
Talento Creative Studios is looking for a cross-skilled Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate professional based in Indianapolis, USA, confidently handling both social media content creation and CRM lead nurturing. The client prefers one cross-skilled VA who can manage both creative and CRM-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form real estate videos, including B-roll, talking-head, property/home tour videos, photo-based virtual property tours, Reels, captions, hooks, and on-screen text
Create AI-assisted property tours using Zillow listings, property photos, descriptions, and available AI tools
Use Claude or similar AI tools for content ideas, social media captions, video scripts, property descriptions, and lead-nurturing messages
Manage leads inside Lofty CRM, including contact organization, lead status updates, follow-up tasks, nurturing, notes, reporting, and drip campaign setup
Build and manage email or SMS nurture campaigns
Assist with ManyChat setup and automation
Organize weekly priorities through Trello or similar
Prepare content and CRM activity reports
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting real estate agents, brokers, or property-related businesses
Strong short-form video editing skills
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Direct experience using Lofty CRM is highly preferred
Knowledge of drip campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows
Experience with ManyChat
Comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Bonus Skills
Facebook and Instagram advertising experience
Experience creating virtual property tours
Real estate lead follow-up experience
Familiarity with Zillow and US real estate listings
Work Arrangement
Remote, Part-time: approximately 10–15 hours per week, client location Indianapolis, USA, opportunity for additional hours as business grows
