About the role
REAssist is hiring a Real Estate Sales Administrator for New Zealand-based operations.
Your Tasks: Link owner to VaultRE property card (add property to vault). Update Online Estimates if required. Create Draft Auction Agreement. Convert finalized Auction Agreement to S&P and upload in Vault. Prepare second copy of Auction Agreement with pre-auction offer clause. Upload Photos to the system. Request Rental Appraisal. Upload documents to VaultRE (Auction agreement, Title & Instruments). Upload sales documents to VaultRE (Auction Registration, Auction Variation, Purchaser Acknowledgement). Create Conjunctional Form. Create prefilled Auction Forms.
