About the role
Responsibilities:
Build and refresh vacancy listings in AppFolio, post listings across Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms, run pre-qualification questions, schedule showings, and support lease execution and renewals.
Requirements:
At least 3 years as a Real Estate Coordinator or Real Estate VA; 3 years in the real estate industry; excellent English communication; tech-savvy and comfortable working U.S. hours.
