About the role
We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Manager to join Pathway Home Buyers, a growing real estate wholesale company. CRM: GoHighLevel (GHL).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture incoming real estate leads. Follow up consistently with motivated sellers. Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and asking price. Move leads through the sales pipeline and schedule qualified appointments.
Requirements:
Previous Real Estate Wholesaling experience preferred. Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL). Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
