About the role
Hiring Full-Time Real Estate Lead Manager / Acquisition Manager. Position: Full-Time (40+ hours per week). 91 Properties is looking for an experienced Lead Manager or Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This role involves making outbound calls and texts, following up with motivated sellers, setting appointments, updating lead information in our CRM, and assisting with making offers.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (with a 2-3 hour lunch break), 40+ hours per week, some schedule flexibility available.
Compensation: Starting at $5.00/hour, 5% commission on every deal that closes day 1, $30,000+ earning potential, additional performance incentives available.
Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English, previous real estate lead management, acquisitions, cold calling, or sales experience, strong communication and rapport-building skills, comfortable handling objections and seller conversations, reliable high-speed internet connection, experience with CRMs, dialers, and SMS follow-up systems preferred.
