About the role
Seeking someone with strong sales and negotiation skills who can confidently speak with property owners, manage leads, and help close real estate deals efficiently. Work From Home, Full-Time, competitive pay + performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities: respond to inbound and outbound leads, build rapport with sellers and overcome objections, follow up consistently using CRM tools, analyze property values and market trends, prepare contracts and LOIs.
Qualifications: experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investing preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with CRMs.
