About the role
A real estate investment company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PropStream / REsimpli Deal Analyzer to identify profitable real estate investment opportunities and support the acquisitions process. Full-time WFH. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Pay Rate: $4–$5/hour.
Key Responsibilities: use PropStream to source and analyze off-market real estate opportunities, research comparable sales (comps), ARV, equity, and deal profitability, identify and qualify the best investment opportunities, contact property owners/sellers to gather information and establish initial relationships, present qualified deals and seller information to management for further handling and negotiation, maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in REsimpli, and follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
Requirements: hands-on experience with PropStream and REsimpli, strong understanding of real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions, ability to analyze deals and identify profitable opportunities, and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
