About the role
Philippines-Based Independent Contractor | Full-Time | EST. You'll join a well-established commercial flooring contractor with 120+ years of industry experience, serving major projects across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile complete and accurate commercial flooring proposals from estimates, pricing, labor, and project scope. Verify proposal data against architectural plans, specifications, and vendor pricing. Coordinate with estimators, project teams, and sales to resolve scope and pricing discrepancies. Develop standardized proposal workflows, templates, and SOPs.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in proposal coordination, document coordination, or project administration. Commercial flooring or construction industry experience strongly preferred. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and document management skills.
