About the role
What You'll Do
Run daily operations across a mixed-use portfolio
Handle tenant onboarding, renewals, escalations, exits
Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships
Track leases, rent collection, and property financials
Required Skills
1-2 years in property management or RE operations
Experience across STR, MTR, and long-term rentals
Familiar with PM platforms (Hospitable, Guesty, AppFolio)
Strong vendor & contractor coordination
Excellent English, comfortable on US time zones
Nice to Have (Not Required)
US real estate or landlord-tenant basics
Experience with co-living or short-term rental operations
Details
Remote-first, Philippines, primarily remote - hybrid (BGC, Taguig or Iloilo) highly preferred
