About the role
REFUGE Marketing & Consulting is a full-service digital marketing agency. We are looking for a Project Manager to keep the internal engine of REFUGE running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities: Project Management & Workflow — set up and maintain project boards in Asana, manage content calendars end-to-end, run a daily review of project statuses, identify when timelines are at risk and proactively adjust before deadlines are missed, document workflows and help maintain internal SOPs. Team Coordination & Internal Operations — facilitate recurring team meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials, help onboard new team members, support training efforts.
Required Qualifications: Strong experience and proficiency with Asana, Google Docs, and Slack. Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows. Strong organizational skills. Clear, professional written communication. A proactive mindset. Reliability.
Preferred: Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts. Experience creating SOPs or internal documentation. Familiarity with Zapier or similar workflow automation tools.
Details: Independent contractor. Part-time to start, roughly 10-20 hours per week. Availability overlapping US business hours. Strong potential to expand in hours and scope.
