About the role
Overview
We're looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to help drive projects that support better healthcare operations.
What You'll Do
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from start to finish
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Lead project meetings, identify risks, and keep projects moving forward
Improve processes, workflows, and project efficiency
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of Project Management experience
Experience managing cross-functional projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
Strong communication and organizational skills
Highly Preferred
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
Experience working in a PMO environment
Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Healthcare industry experience
PMP certification (or currently pursuing one)
