About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager / Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday. 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Remote.
Responsibilities: Design digital and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, booklets, etc.). Prepare files for print production. Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members. Delegate tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule. Collaborate with clients and a remote team. Organize files using Dropbox. Manage Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram).
Requirements: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva. Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, and branding). Experience preparing files for professional print production. Proficient with ClickUp for project management. Experience using Meta Business Suite. Experience using Dropbox for file management.
