About the role
You're looking for a 100% remote and high impact role as an entrepreneur's right-hand person, as executive assistant with co-leadership and project management responsibilities? If you're an A-Player with truly excellent English, read on.
This unique role allows for PH daytime hours and blends collaboration with a serial entrepreneur, including startup idea evaluation/planning/testing, interfacing and following up with team members, and improving operations. Depending on your strengths, the position will resemble (or lead towards) a Chief of Staff, Product Owner, or Co-Leadership role.

What You Will Do:
Founder thinking & execution support. Wear a project management hat and help execute small-to-medium projects. AI, agents, and automation - identify human work to be replaced with agents, set up simple agents or automation flows. Execution and follow-through. Research and special projects.
Who We Are Looking For:
Priority 1: Exceptional English comprehension and expression, near "educated native"-level. Priority 2: Ownership mentality and very strong follow-through. Priority 3: You naturally move fast and get things done. Typically 4-8 years of work experience; exceptionally strong candidates with 2-3 years also considered.
