About the role
Overview
We're looking for a detail-obsessed project manager to help produce AI-generated video content. You don't need to be a video editor or an AI expert — full training provided.
What You'll Do
Manage Production: take client briefs and source images through to finished video
Direct AI Tools: write and refine prompts across video, image, and audio tools
Perform Strict QA: review every generation closely, catching visual glitches, pacing issues, audio sync issues, and brand inconsistencies
Optimize Workflows: help spot bottlenecks and improve output over time
What We're Looking For
Excellent English written and spoken communication
Sharp attention to detail
Some hands-on experience prompting AI (ChatGPT, image generators, or video tools)
Strong organization and follow-through
Nice to Have
Experience with image or video generation models like Seedance 2.0, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, or Kling
A background in project or production management
High availability, plus openness to weekends or extra hours when needed
