About the role
What You'll Do
Lead projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
Plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using JIRA
Coordinate developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources
Maintain project documentation, manuals, and status reports
Ensure clear communication with leadership and clients
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Project Management experience (3+ years in Agile environments)
Strong experience with JIRA and Agile estimation techniques
Knowledge of the Iron Triangle and RACI models
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience managing remote software development teams
Experience working with Laravel, MERN, MEAN, or WordPress projects is a plus
Schedule
Full-time (40 hrs/week), preferred overlap with CST/EST working hours
