About the role
Rohring Results is looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead software and web development projects across Laravel, MERN, MEAN, and WordPress teams. Philippines-Based Applicants Only. Full-Time (40 hrs/week). CST/EST overlap preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies. Manage sprints, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using JIRA. Coordinate developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders. Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Maintain clear communication with leadership and clients. Identify and mitigate project risks. Maintain project documentation, manuals, and status reports.
Qualifications: 3-5+ years of Project Management experience. At least 3 years of Agile project management experience. Strong experience with JIRA and Agile estimation techniques. Knowledge of the Iron Triangle and RACI models. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience managing remote software development teams.
