About the role
Job Type: Freelance, Full-time. Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm EST). We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Medical Products Pricing & Quoting Assistant to support the sales process for medical products serving nursing homes and other healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source medical products based on client needs and research product options, pricing, and availability. Contact and coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and shipping quotes. Prepare accurate quotes and formal estimates for customers. Follow up with clients on pending quotes and requests.
Qualifications:
Experience in quoting, pricing, sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or sales support preferred. Experience with medical products or healthcare supplies is a plus. Strong vendor research and communication skills.
