About the role
Overview
We're looking for a Podcast Content Strategist to help turn long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form content that grows our audience.
What You'll Do
Listen to full podcast episodes
Identify the best moments to turn into clips
Work closely with the video editor to create engaging short-form content
Write hooks, titles, and captions
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
Track analytics and use insights to improve future content
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Experience managing podcast, creator, or brand social media
A strong understanding of short-form content and social media trends
Experience using analytics to drive content strategy
Excellent written English
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Bonus Skills
CapCut or basic video editing experience
Experience growing podcast or creator accounts
Schedule
Part-time (20-25 hours/week), some overlap with Australian (AEST) business hours preferred
