About the role
HIRING: Physician Recruiter (Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (US Time)
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000

Key Responsibilities
* Candidate Sourcing: Actively identify, attract, and recruit qualified physicians
* Candidate Qualification: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall fit
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians; serve as their main point of contact and advocate
* Matching & Placement: Align physician candidates with suitable opportunities in hospitals and medical practices
* Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, and compliance
* Pipeline Management: Meet and exceed recruitment targets by maintaining a strong and active candidate pool

Qualifications
* At least 1 year experience in Locum Tenens or physician recruitment
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
