About the role
Start Date: September 20 and October 1, 2026. We're looking for an experienced Personal Lines Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based insurance agency, with strong working knowledge of Applied Epic. Preferably residing in Metro Manila and nearest areas.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process insurance quotes. Handle policy servicing requests and updates. Process endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and policy changes. Update and maintain client records in Applied Epic.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in U.S. Personal Lines Insurance. Hands-on experience with Applied Epic. Strong understanding of policy servicing and insurance terminology.
