About the role
We are looking for a full-time Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a US-based insurance agency.
Only apply if you have:
1+ year of Personal Lines insurance experience. Hands-on experience with EZLynx. Experience quoting on multiple insurance carrier websites. Experience quoting Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Umbrella, and Dwelling Fire. Experience processing endorsements, coverage changes, and cancellations. Experience with Salesforce, AgencyZoom, or another Agency Management System (preferred). Excellent English communication skills. Full-time availability with no other jobs.
Responsibilities: Quote personal lines policies using EZLynx and carrier portals. Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, and policy binding. Respond to underwriting requests. Assist with client servicing and administrative insurance tasks.
