About the role
Seeking an experienced PCC Manager / HR Business Partner to support a growing Australian business and lead its entire people function. Responsibilities: partner with leadership on strategic people initiatives, manage full employee lifecycle, oversee recruitment and performance management, ensure HR compliance, lead Employment Hero implementation, and drive positive employee experience. Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, previous AU organization experience, and strong knowledge of Australian Employment Law, Fair Work, NES, and Modern Awards required.
