About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Patient Coordinator to support a growing concierge medicine and telehealth practice. Remote, 30 hours/week, US Eastern Time, $6/hour.
What you'll do: manage patient communication and follow-ups, coordinate appointments and provider calendars, support patient intake and administrative workflows, assist with insurance eligibility and prior authorizations, and help keep patient and lead follow-ups organized.
This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, stay organized, and become a trusted support partner to the provider.
