About the role
WearLab is a Vancouver-based custom apparel studio that helps fashion brands bring their ideas to life. The founder, Maya, needs a part-time VA to handle client communications so she can focus on design and production. 15-20 hours/week.
What You'll Do:
Monitor the inbox and reply to new inquiries within 4 hours using approved templates. Update CRM (HubSpot) with new contacts, deals, notes, and tasks. Send follow-up emails to leads and clients on a set cadence. Chase clients for missing designs, references, files, and payments. Prepare weekly pipeline reports.
What You Won't Do: Sales calls, writing proposals with pricing, or any actual design/production work.
Required Skills:
Excellent written English. 2+ years experience as a VA for US/Canada-based clients. HubSpot CRM experience. Can work 4 hours/day overlapping with Pacific Time.
