About the role
We're looking for a talented and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Remote, open to Philippines-based applicants, $5–$8/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities: plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.), monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly, analyze data and provide clear performance reports, collaborate with the team to align ads with overall marketing strategy, stay up to date with the latest trends in paid advertising.
Requirements: proven experience running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar), strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, good communication skills in English, reliable internet connection and own device. Experience with a social media marketing agency is a plus.
