About the role
A US-based freight brokerage is looking for an experienced Owner Operator Dispatch Coordinator to join their remote team. Open to Philippines-based applicants only. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities: manage and coordinate dispatch operations for owner-operator truck drivers, plan and assign loads based on driver availability and route efficiency, maintain constant communication with drivers throughout their runs, handle detention, TONU, and other operational exceptions, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
A US-based freight brokerage and logistics company is hiring for multiple remote positions. Open to Philippines-based applicants only.
What We're Looking For: experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or operations, strong understanding of how a load moves (BOL, detention, TONU, etc.), familiarity with TMS and load boards (DAT, Truckstop), high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks without losing accuracy, strong written and verbal English (daily communication with US teams), organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
