About the role
Lead conversion VA — first point of contact for incoming leads, converting them to booked appointments via outbound calling. Supports team operations between calls. Open to first-time VAs; attitude and communication matter most.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Outbound calling — convert leads to booked appointments
Persistent follow-up until lead is reached
Nurture unconverted leads over time
Update CRM after every interaction
Schedule appointments, coordinate with team
Report daily activity, hit KPIs
Process finance/credit applications as needed
Manage team calendar in real time
Handle admin tasks as directed
Learn client systems (full training provided)
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales or outbound calling background
Experience with CRM software
Experience in managing calendars or scheduling
Must have solid experience in Customer Service/BPO/Sales
